Recital Commitment Forms Due

Every dancer must sign and return a Recital Commitment form whether you decide to participate or not.  If you choose not to participate, please check the “NO” box and sign and return.  This allows us to keep our records up to date and ensure that only those performing are added to our recital planning system.

Recital Participation Fee Due Feb. 22 – $35

Costume Fee – $60 (combo classes ages 2-6), $80 (classes ages 7+)

• 50% Deposit Due March 1
• 25% Balance Due March 31
• 25% Balance Due April 28
• June tuition required to pick up costumes
